Introduction and Eligibility
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mcw asian platform and all services provided under it. When you register, log in, or use the platform in any way, you automatically enter into a legal agreement with these Terms. This agreement is between you ("user" or "member") and the entity operating mcw asian ("Company").
mcw asian is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live gaming, and other entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. The platform's services are intended only for adults who choose to participate voluntarily.

Account Registration
Creating a valid account is required to use mcw asian's services. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
- Each user may open only one account. mcw asian reserves the right to close any additional accounts held by the same person.
- The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate — if incorrect information is found during verification, the account will be suspended.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The password must not be shared with anyone else.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the mcw asian support team immediately.
- Registering does not guarantee your account will remain active — some services may be restricted until identity verification is complete.
- People in the same household or at the same address may hold separate accounts, but mcw asian may request additional information if needed.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
All mcw asian services are strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Opening or using an account on behalf of a minor is completely prohibited. This rule is not relaxed under any circumstances.
For account verification, mcw asian may at any time request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. This verification process is called KYC (Know Your Customer). Withdrawal services may be restricted until KYC documents are submitted.
Registering under a false identity is considered fraudulent conduct. In such cases, mcw asian reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account.
Financial Transactions
Deposit Rules
Deposits on mcw asian can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits must be made from a method registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are not permitted.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same methods used for deposits are used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Large withdrawals may require additional verification until account verification is complete.
- The withdrawal method and account name must match those used for the deposit.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, mcw asian may request additional documents or place a hold on the payment.
- Multiple withdrawal requests may be made on the same day, but the total amount must not exceed the available balance in the account.
Currency and Accounts
All transactions on mcw asian are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted. Real money and bonus balances are displayed separately in the account.
Bonus and Promotion Rules
mcw asian offers various promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms and wagering requirements that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
General Bonus Rules
- A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time — the next bonus can only be activated after the requirements of the current one have been fulfilled.
- If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus balance is active on the account, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If misuse or manipulation of a bonus is found, the bonus benefit on the account concerned will be permanently removed.
- Each bonus has an expiry — if wagering requirements are not met within the set period, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- mcw asian reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
Betting and Gaming Rules
mcw asian offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming features. Some general rules apply to each section.
Sports Betting
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If a match is cancelled or insufficient overs are completed, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
- A bet confirmed before odds change will be settled at the odds that were in place at the time of confirmation.
- For multi-bets, all selections must win — if any one loses, the entire bet is lost.
- If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds, mcw asian reserves the right to void it.
Casino and Live Games
- Game outcomes are determined by the RNG (Random Number Generator) of the third-party game provider or by a live dealer — mcw asian does not intervene in this process.
- If the connection is lost, the game will automatically suspend; the stake for the incomplete round will be returned or settled according to the game's rules.
- In the case of a game software error, the relevant round may be cancelled.
- When using the autoplay feature in slot games, the user is responsible for managing their own session.
Prohibited Conduct
Any of the following actions are considered fraudulent or harmful to mcw asian and are strictly prohibited:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Transferring or selling account ownership to another person.
- Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Attempting to influence betting outcomes by colluding with other users.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage — all funds obtained from such an advantage will be forfeited.
- Operating an account using a false identity, false documents, or another person's information.
- Behaving in a rude, threatening, or aggressive manner towards platform staff.
If any such activity is identified, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.
Account Suspension and Closure
mcw asian may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
- Extended inactivity (generally 12 consecutive months with no transactions).
- A self-exclusion request made by the user.
- A directive from a law enforcement agency or a court order.
Users may also request account closure at any time. After the request is made, the account will remain active until pending transactions are settled. Any available real money balance will be returned via the designated method after the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability
mcw asian provides the platform on an as-is basis. mcw asian will not be liable in the following circumstances:
- Losses arising from the user's own internet disconnection.
- Losses caused by a software error from a third-party game provider.
- Unauthorised access resulting from the user sharing their account details.
- Service interruptions due to unplanned server maintenance or technical issues.
- Financial losses arising from betting decisions made voluntarily by the user.
mcw asian always aims to keep the platform running smoothly, but in the event of a technical issue, the maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction concerned.
Privacy and Data Protection
mcw asian places the highest priority on the privacy of users' personal information. Full details of how your information is collected, stored, and used are provided in our privacy policy.
- Users' personal information is used only for the purpose of operating the platform.
- Information is not sold to third parties — however, limited information may be shared with approved partners for payment processing and KYC verification.
- All financial data is protected through SSL encryption.
- Information may be provided in response to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.
- Users may request correction, review, or deletion of their own information.
